Digital Products & Studio Terms

All digital products sold by Big Haungry Studios are licensed, not transferred.

Unless otherwise stated, Big Haungry Studios retains all copyright, intellectual property, and reproduction rights to all digital artwork, educational materials, and creative assets.

Buyers may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or provide purchased files to any third party.

Studio Access does not guarantee selection, placement, or feature in any capsule release.

Capsule Consideration submissions do not guarantee placement. All application fees are non-refundable and cover review and curation time only.

Violation of these terms may result in revocation of access without refund.

Refund Policy – Digital Products & Access
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable files, access-based products, and application review services, all sales are final. Once access is granted, files are delivered, or submissions are received, refunds cannot be issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
